This document sets out the terms and conditions of use of the Goldman Recruitment Poland Website at https://goldmanrecruitment.pl/ and the User’s relationship with Goldman Recruitment Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw at Wiejska Street 17, 00-480 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000948987, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for the capital city Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 7011071556, entered into the National Register of Employment Agencies (KRAZ) under the number 27685.

Definitions and terms
Whenever the following terms and definitions are used in these Terms and Conditions, they should be understood as follows:
- Electronic address – designation of the ICT system enabling communication by means of electronic communication, in particular electronic mail,
- CV – the User’s CV included in the application form in the form of an external file added by the User,
- Employer – a natural person, legal person or other organizational unit without legal personality looking for employees, contractors or persons providing services, as well as recruiters acting on behalf of such entities (e.g. employment agencies).
- Terms and Conditions – “Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services through the www.goldmanrecruitment.pl Website” constituting the Terms and Conditions within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text of 9 June 2017, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219),
- Website – the website operated by Goldman Recruitment Poland at the current URL:
https://goldmanrecruitment.pl/regulamin/ - ICT system – a set of cooperating IT devices and software, ensuring the processing and storage, as well as sending and receiving of data via telecommunications networks with the use of a terminal device appropriate for a given type of network within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1489, as amended),
- Electronic communication means – technical solutions, including ICT devices and software tools cooperating with them, enabling individual remote communication using data transmission between ICT systems, in particular electronic mail,
- Provision of services by electronic means – performance of a service provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely), through the transfer of data at the individual request of the service recipient, sent and received by means of devices for electronic processing, including digital compression, and storage of data, which is entirely transmitted, received or transmitted by means of a telecommunications network within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law,
- Services – all services provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Users on the basis of these Terms and Conditions,
- Service Provider or Goldman Recruitment Poland – Goldman Recruitment Poland Sp. z o.o., Wiejska Street 17, 00-480 Warsaw, KRS: 0000948987, Share capital 50,000 PLN, NIP: 701-107-15-56, REGON: 521071519,
- User (Service User) – a natural person who uses a free Service provided electronically by Goldman Recruitment Poland,
- GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
General

The Terms and Conditions govern the rules for the provision of electronic services by Goldman Recruitment Poland in the following areas:
- submitting applications for Goldman Recruitment Poland’s own recruitment processes conducted on the Website,
- handling recruitment processes conducted by Goldman Recruitment Poland on the Website at the request of third parties, i.e. Employers,
- maintaining a database of job candidates,
- The Terms and Conditions are made available to Users free of charge and on request prior to concluding a contract for the provision of Services via the ICT System.
- Goldman Recruitment Poland makes every effort to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted provision of services specified in the Terms and Conditions, with the proviso that temporary interruptions in the provision of services may be caused by maintenance activities or circumstances beyond the control of Goldman Recruitment Poland. Goldman Recruitment Poland will make every effort to limit such interruptions temporarily.
- The services provided on the Website are free of charge for Users.
- The User is obliged to refrain from posting illegal content on the Website, in particular content that violates the rights and freedoms of third parties.
- Goldman Recruitment Poland reserves the right to remove the User’s entries that violate the law, the rights of third parties or the Service Provider.
Conditions for concluding and terminating the contract for the provision of electronic services
- The services provided by Goldman Recruitment Poland are provided on the terms and conditions described in the Terms and Conditions. If the User does not accept the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, they should limit their use of the Website to the extent to which it is possible to use the Website – e.g. to reading the content posted on the Website.
- An adult can become a User. In order to use the services offered by Goldman Recruitment Poland, it is necessary to meet the technical requirements necessary to use the Website’s ICT system, i.e. an Internet connection and access to a web browser.
- Goldman Recruitment Poland has no legal or factual ability to verify the accuracy of most of the identification data provided by the User. The User should be aware that providing incorrect or false data in the form may prevent the User from achieving the goal of taking part in the recruitment process.

- Goldman Recruitment Poland makes every effort to protect the personal data provided by the User, in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR. Goldman Recruitment Poland does not control or verify the data provided in the form by the User. The User is responsible for providing true data.
Submitting an application in connection with an offer posted on the Website
- As part of the Website, Goldman Recruitment Poland publishes its own job offers as well as those of its clients, i.e. Employers.
- A User interested in a specific job offer can submit an application and thus participates in the recruitment process of their choice. The User may also by ticking the appropriate field in the form join the database of job candidates in order to participate in future recruitment processes for a period of 60 months.
- In order to participate in the recruitment process selected by the User, the User fills in an application form containing basic data, such as name and surname, email address, telephone number, location (country and city), financial expectations, type of remuneration, knowledge of foreign languages, information on readiness for relocation. In the case of internal recruitment to Goldman Recruitment Poland (own recruitment), the following data is collected: name and surname, email address, telephone number, knowledge of foreign languages.
- At this stage, the User also attaches his/her CV in the form of an external file.
- After filling in the form, accepting the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, checking the checkbox regarding the submission of the application in connection with the offer posted on the Website and clicking the button: Send, the User is added to the selected recruitment process and, if necessary, after ticking the appropriate checkbox, joins the database of job candidates in order to participate in future recruitment processes for a period of 60 months from sending the form.
- Information about sending an application in connection with an offer posted on the Website is sent to the User’s e-mail address provided when filling in the form.
- In connection with the submission of applications for job offers of clients (Employers), Goldman Recruitment Poland may contact the User in order to present the details of the offer, conduct a recruitment interview and further represent the User in the ongoing process. The transfer of the User’s personal data to the potential Employer whose job offer he/she is interested in takes place with the consent and knowledge of the User.
Adding to the database of candidates separately from submitting applications in connection with an offer posted on the Website
- The User also has the option of adding to the database of job candidates separately from submitting an application in connection with an offer posted on the Website by clicking: Send CV. In this case, the User will be asked to provide the following data: name and surname, email address, telephone number, location (country and city), financial expectations, type of salary, knowledge of foreign languages, information on readiness for relocation.
- At this stage, the User also attaches his/her CV in the form of an external file.
- Adding to the database of job candidates for a period of 60 months takes place after the User accepts the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and the checkbox regarding adding to the database of candidates (separately from submitting a specific application).
- Information about adding candidates to the database is sent to the User’s e-mail address provided when filling in the form.
- Via the telephone number or e-mail address provided by the User, the User will receive offers to participate in recruitment processes which, in the opinion of Goldman Recruitment Poland consultants, may be attractive in relation to their current professional career.
- Goldman Recruitment Poland manually analyzes candidates in the ATS ICT System using various search filters and qualifications as well as professional experience for a specific job position. It does this on the basis of its legitimate interest in finding and grouping candidates who are best suited to a specific job position.
- Goldman Recruitment Poland may contact the User in order to present the details of the job offer of clients (Employers), conduct a recruitment interview and further represent the User in the ongoing process. Sharing the User’s personal data to the potential Employer whose job offer he/she is interested in takes place with the consent and knowledge of the User.
Complaint procedure
- Any complaints of Users regarding the operation of the Website and the provision of services specified in the Terms and Conditions by Goldman Recruitment Poland may be submitted:
- to the e-mail address: [email protected] or
- by calling +48 12 429 94 00, or
- in writing to the address of Goldman Recruitment Poland: Goldman Recruitment Poland sp. z o.o., Wiejska Street 17, 00-480 Warsaw.
- A complaint should contain at least the following information: designation of the entity submitting the complaint (name, surname, address, e-mail address), the subject of the complaint along with an indication of the circumstances justifying the complaint and contact details.
- Goldman Recruitment Poland will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt of the notification. The information will be provided to the User in a manner corresponding to the manner in which the complaint is filed, unless the User accepts another form of providing information on the resolution of the complaint.
Final provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, and the changes shall enter into force on the date specified in the amendment to the Terms and Conditions, but not earlier than within 14 days from the date of informing the Users about the changes.
- Within 14 days from the date of notification of the amendment to the Terms and Conditions, the User may submit a statement of disagreement with the amended Terms and Conditions – such a statement shall be treated as termination by the User of the legal relationship binding Goldman Recruitment Poland and the User on which the provision of the services referred to in the Terms and Conditions is based.
- If such a statement is made, the Service Provider will terminate the provision of services to the User within 15 business days from the date of submission of the statement by the User.
- A statement of non-consent to the amended Terms and Conditions should be submitted by e-mail to the following address: [email protected] or by registered mail to the address of Goldman Recruitment Poland.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to stop providing free services on the Website without giving a reason. The cessation of the provision of free services by Goldman Recruitment Poland will mean the termination of the agreement for the provision of electronic services by Goldman Recruitment Poland and will take place after prior notification of the User by e-mail – within 14 days of such notification.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204), the Act on the protection of personal data, the GDPR and other mandatory provisions of law shall apply.
