A direction shaped by experience
Grzegorz Koterwa is the Managing Partner and Founder of Goldman Recruitment. He has 15 years of experience in senior management and executive roles within the finance sector, including positions as CFO and CEO in publicly listed companies. For many years, he has been leading executive search recruitment projects for top-level positions in the financial industry. He also delivers interim management projects in the areas of finance, accounting, and restructuring. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and completed an MBA program at National Louis University in Chicago.
