Responsibilities:
- developing, leading, and motivating the HR Advisor team,
- ensuring the execution and effectiveness of HR processes and duties within the employee lifecycle activities,
- ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal HR policies,
- optimizing HR processes and team workflow,
- monitoring employee KPIs, implementing innovative tools,
- providing coaching and guidance to employees,
- building and maintaining strong working relationships with business leaders and employees.
Requirements:
- proficiency in German and English at least B2 level - mandatory requirement,
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- documented experience in operational HR work,
- results-oriented person, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills,
- desire to optimize processes,
- strong people management and coaching skills,
- willingness to introduce shared services concepts and ensure their operation,
- strong communication skills.
