Responsibilities:
- the first point of contact in day-to-day HR topics and guide associates through HR processes,
- responsible for local L&D initiatives,
- summarize satisfaction survey results and support Team Leaders and Project Managers in projects,
- support Senior HRBP in Performance Management Process,
- support Team Leaders and Project Managers in organizing team initiatives,
- liaise with internal partners.
Requirements:
- min. 2 years experience working in HR function,
- fluent English and Polish (min. C1) both written and verbal,
- focus on results and solution-driven approach to work,
- ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks and get things done,
- strong interpersonal and communication skills (active listening),
- up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
