Responsibilities:
- leading and mentoring a recruitment team, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment processes,
- conducting end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting our clients if needed,
- coordination of the recruitment process at every stage, contact with candidates and Hiring Managers,
- being a trusted advisor for Hiring Managers at every stage of the recruitment process,
- identifying and selecting Candidates through active/direct search (sourcing on LinkedIn, etc.),
- preparing the Candidates' recommendations,
- taking good care of the Candidate's experience throughout the whole recruitment process,
- search and implementation of new strategies for acquiring and selecting candidates,
- participation in the Employer Branding activities,
- taking care of the Candidate's data in ATS and internal HRM system,
- participation in reporting and market mapping projects.
Requirements:
- availability of work from the office in Warsaw or Wroclaw,
- experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in various business sectors,
- business fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written,
- experience in various sourcing strategies and methods,
- strong communication and collaboration skills,
- effective work organization,
- knowledge of German is welcome.
