Responsibilities:

  • continue to build and develop global Client Service B2B organization, in line with Client Service strategy and within the budget,
  • ensure world-class customer service delivery to Swarovski B2B Clients worldwide, all within ambitious operational targets,
  • drive process improvement across B2B Client Service to deliver the highest quality of service,
  • further develop the main Contact Management Tool we use to interact with our internal and external Clients,
  • drive daily execution of Client Service activities ensuring their timeliness, efficiency, effectiveness and compliance,
  • design and develop highly effective and engaged teams in our global setup in Poland, Costa Rica and Malaysia,
  • be a part of a global team of GBS Leadership and deliver organization-wide projects outside of operational duties.

Requirements:

  • experience in managing B2B Client Service operations,
  • willingness to travel up to 30% of working time,
  • experience in leading teams and organizations in an operations environment with multilingual teams based world-wide,
  • experience in managing people managers,
  • experience in developing contact management tools,
  • quality orientation and service partnership with ability to meet targets on a continuing basis,
  • strong leadership, motivating, coaching and project management skills,
  • ability to manage stakeholders on various hierarchy levels, including VP level,
  • past exposure to managing budgets, understanding of FTE management,
  • successful change management experience,
  • availability and flexibility,
  • fluency in English.
