Responsibilities:
- collection information about market, customers and competitors,
- monitoring of consumer behaviors,
- translating data into insights and recommendations,
- sharing and reporting market insights with relevant stakeholders,
- facilitate market activations with proper data,
- preparing ad-hoc reports supporting decision making,
- Identifying gaps and opportunities in business performance,
- collaboration with the Regional team during regular business operations,
- collaboration with Brand and Trade team to facilitate understanding of the market environment and the end-consumer.
Requirements:
- min. 2 years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence,
- deep knowledge of data warehousing and mining,
- ability to read the data and point out the main focus areas,
- ability to produce clear and concise data-driven reports and presentations,
- ability to translate data into insights and recommendations,
- ability to discuss business data with senior management,
- understanding of marketing data analytics and measurement concepts,
- excellent analytical and forecasting ability,
- strong communication and presentation skills,
- excel fluency,
- English fluency min B2.
