For our Client, international automotive company we are looking for candidate for Engineering Manager position.

  • manage and ensure the accuracy of all manufacturing engineering activities,
  • identify, develop, and deploy new manufacturing methods,
  • coordinate team communications to ensure clear understanding of performance expectations and emerging issues,
  • maintain departmental day-to-day manufacturing engineering activities; monitors KPI’s and prioritizes assignments, workflow and scheduling of those activities, 
  • provides manufacturing operational support, 
  • supervises the modification of production processes, and the assessment of manufacturing abilities, 
  • lead PFMEA studies to strengthen the feedback loop between design, build, and test,
  • work closely with each direct report to develop goals, career paths, and ensure professional development, 
  • ensures departmental adherence to corporate processes, procedures, and recommends improvements when needed, 
  • resolves problems by evaluating solutions that involve new techniques, technologies, or concepts,
  • confers with management, and production to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.


  • bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree preferred) in engineering, engineering management, or manufacturing engineering,
  • minimum 10 years of experience in management direct reports and projects or programs in a multi-disciplinary leadership role, preferably in automotive electronics assembly,
  • experience in leading and managing a multi discipline team of 30+ manufacturing engineers to support high volume production,
  • experience managing direct reports and projects or programs,
  • strong coordination, personnel, and project management skills,
  • ability to operate, make decisions, lead and make forward progress in fast moving environments,
  • proven experience and successful track record developing/starting new manufacturing processes,
  • demonstrated ability in project management,
  • strong coaching skills to provide training and development for the organization,
  • must have the capability to make difficult decisions,
  • ability to manage multiple teams globally to deliver on a set timeline and escalate as required, 
  • excellent English, verbal and written communications skills are a must,
  • must have the “CAN DO” attitude,
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills.
