- creating and implementing sales strategy within Polish Market,
- establishing long-term and strong relationships with key clients,
- managing sales team including Key Account Managers,
- responsible for Trade Marketing activities and brand awarness,
- responsible for achieving budget and target results,
- copperation with Headquarters and other Sales Directors.
- bachelor degree, MBA will be an advantage,
- minimum 10 years of professional experience including at least 5 years in sales management,
- good knowledge of English,
