- creating and implementing SEO strategies in CEE Region,
- creating and implementing the SEM (PPC) strategy in CEE Region,
- creating and implementing Facebook Ads strategy in CEE Region,
- managing a team of international specialists in positioning and PPC campaigns,
- achieving targets in relations to sales, margin, return on investment,
- managing projects in cooperation with major partners: Google, Facebook, Yandex, Seznam
- constant optimization of marketing campaigns,
- supervising marketing campaigns aimed at different stages of the sales funnel,
- constantly following technology and marketing trends in the digital / e-commerce area
- reporting to the Marketing and E-commerce Director.
- experience in running SEM campaigns (PPC / Google or Google and Facebook),
- experience in search engine positioning,
- fluency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager experience will be a strong asset,
- excellent knowledge of Google campaign management tools, as well as Facebook Ads and SEO tools,
- knowledge of Yandex or Seznam will be a strong asset,
- fluency in English (at least B2),
- at least 1 year experience in team management,
- excellent analytical and communication skills,
- ability to work under time pressure and target oriented.
