- managing the acquisition of local points of sales,

- managing recommendations the window systems product portfolio (profitability, product mix, new products development process),
- carrying out market analyses, watch the activities of the competitors, and submit regular reports to the Managing Board,
- responsibility for sales of window systems in France,
- cooperation with sales organization in Europe,
- organizing the sales in compliance with the general policy of the company, with a particular emphasis on the maximization of the profitability of sales, securing the payments, and taking into consideration the directions of expansion as set forth in the long-term strategy,
- maintaining long-term relationships with current and potential customers,
- management of claims and close cooperation with production/quality departments.
- minimum of 5 years of similar experience,
- very good English skills oral and written,
- ability to use MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook),
- goal-oriented, self-driven, motivated, open-minded and flexible attitude,
