- being part of OTC transition process from European countries to Krakow,
- manage OTC team,
- perform regular performance evaluations of staff members
- acting as a subject matter expert – supporting team members , finding new solutions for difficult cases,
- cooperation and support for external process providers, resolving unusual queries,
- administration of credit cards,
- manage and escalate issues with service delivery,
- ensure fulfillment of KPIs.
- about 2 years of experience in Team Leader position,
- knowledge of Frenchlanguage on B2 level,
- experience in transition,
- wide knowledge of end to end OTC process,
- problem-solving attitude, the ability of analytical judgement and finding solutions,
- excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate both with core business and external providers.
