For our Client – productive company in marine and aviation area, we are looking for candidates motivated to take a part in the transition process and new team building.

Responsibilities:

  • daily contact with employees from French entities via phone and email,
  • answering and solving employees queries,
  • providing employment administration and documentation support for French entities,
  • identification of process improvement needs, participation in continuous improvement,
  • ensuring that agreements and employment documents meet internal HR politics and legal procedures,
  • a transition of HR processes from French entities to Poland.

Requirements:

  • about 6 months of experience in HR area,
  • great command of French language (min. B2),
  • higher education,
  • willingness to travel,
  • medium level of English language (B1),
  • experience with SAP and Workday systems as an asset.
