- daily contact with employees from French entities via phone and email,

- providing employment administration and documentation support for French entities,
- identification of process improvement needs, participation in continuous improvement,
- ensuring that agreements and employment documents meet internal HR politics and legal procedures,
- a transition of HR processes from French entities to Poland.
- about 6 months of experience in HR area,
- great command of French language (min. B2),
- higher education,
- willingness to travel,
- medium level of English language (B1),
- experience with SAP and Workday systems as an asset.
