Responsibilities:
- coordination of the entire order delivery process in SAP including master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidents,
- building long-term relations with customers,
- execution of customer orders in SAP,
- price maintenance in SAP,
- management of invoices and credit/debit notes,
- delivery management and daily contact with mother plants located in Europe,
- claim management,
- export knowledge and sea container process would be an advantage.
Requirements:
- experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Planning,
- very good knowledge of English and Spanish,
- knowledge of MS Office,
- knowledge of SAP will be an asset,
- ability to work in a fast paced environment,
- problem-solving attitude,
- very strong communication skills and pro-client attitude.
