Responsibilities:
- provide IT support for Warsaw main office and several other locations in Poland and CEE,
- coordinate work of 2 IT Support Specialists (75% hands on, 25% managerial role),
- provide technical business support for all solutions in company’s locations (excluding ERP and Financial systems),
- maintain user accounts and their access (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office365 and various other systems),
- Maintain CMBD (Configuration Management Database) for all locations,
- be the first point of contact for IT aspects of business initiatives,
- work closely with other IT teams: Applications, IT Infrastructure and IT Security,
- set priorities in the broad area of IT and Business support,
- manage external service providers (tenders, projects, issue resolutions, etc.),
- estimate budget and monitor actual costs.
Requirements:
- at least 5 years experience in IT support team for a medium size organization,
- strong technical background in a Microsoft environment (Windows 10/11, Office 365) and Cisco Network products & connectivity,
- relevant Microsoft Certifications will be an advantage,
- basic understanding and experience with ITIL framework,
- excellent level of English both verbal and written is essential,
- excellent communicator and team player, with a results driven, energetic and service oriented attitude,
- willingness to travel up to 10% of time.
