Responsibilities:
- provide leadership and support to Customer Service Team (10+ people),
- handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints,
- resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction,
- be the first point of contact for internal country organization,
- participating in work improvement projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or logistics area,
- fluent English and Swedish language,
- knowledge of SAP and Excel,
- result-oriented attitude,
- strong people management & problem-solving skills,
- knowledge of business culture in Nordics would be an asset.
