For our Client, an international production company, we are looking for a Managing Director for an expatriate assignment outside of Europe. The Managing Director will play a key role in operational excellence, organizational development, customer and stakeholders satisfaction, financial performance, and long-term business growth. 

    Responsibilities:

    • lead and manage the entire manufacturing organization with full P&L responsibility,
    • drive operational excellence across production, logistics, quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain,
    • develop and execute business strategy aligned with company objectives and customer expectations,
    • ensure achievement of key business KPI's related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability,
    • build, develop, and lead high-performing management teams,
    • drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing culture across the organization,
    • lead organizational transformation, industrialization, and business growth projects,
    • maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key business partners,
    • support new business acquisition and operational readiness for future growth,
    • ensure compliance with corporate standards, legal requirements,
    • cooperate closely with international stakeholders and global leadership team.

    Requirements:

    • proven leadership experience in senior management roles within industrial manufacturing/automotive/aviation etc.,
    • strong background in plant management, operations, supply chain, and production leadership,
    • experience in managing operations or leading a teams in foregin countries - would be a strong asset
    • strong business and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance,
    • experience in transformation, restructuring, operational scaling, or greenfield/brownfield projects is a strong advantage,
    • deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies,
    • strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
    • ability to work effectively in international and matrix organizations,
    • openess for expatriate assignment outside of Europe is a must,
    • fluent English required, Polish would be an asset.
