Team Mentor with German
For our Client, an innovative life-science company, we are looking for Candidates for a position of:
- Coordinating and providing support for the team members,
- monitoring team performance and continuous improvement assurance,
- ensuring the high quality of process performance,
- contributing to the cost reduction,
- reporting the team results.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent,
- minimum 2 years of experience on a leadership position,
- Excellent command of English and German (B2/C1),
- Strong communication skills and project management skills,
- Knowledge of SSC/BPO sector will be an asset,
- Experience in accountancy area would be beneficial.
