The employer:

For our Client, outsourcing company which gain new international client, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating organization for a position of Customer Service Team Leader with Italian.

Responsibilities:

  • team management: approx. 10-15 people (including motivating, employee development, delegation and enforcement of duties),
  • solving emerging problems in the team and with the client,
  • monitor the quality of implementation of scientific goals,
  • preparation of channels and analyzes,
  • cooperation with other departments of the company,
  • participation in bill projects with continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements:

  • fluency in English and Italian (C1),
  • minimum one-year experience in a similar position,
  • university degree,
  • customer oriented and focused,
  • flexibility and ability to manage pressure and time work,
  • very good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work.
