Team Assistant / Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • providing the team with administrative support (follow-up / reminders on pending tasks, timesheets, expenses, vacations, sick leaves, business trips, ad hoc / project tasks etc.);
  • greeting the visitors, providing customer support to clients via phone and e-mail;
  • scheduling meetings and conference rooms, updating appointment calendars;
  • external communication with vendors such as banks, GSM operators, payroll provider, car leasing company;
  • providing the team with administrative suport, organizing the flow of documents and mails;

Requirements:

  • university degree;
  • 1-2 years of experience on similar position;
  • advanced written and spoken English;
  • very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Word;
  • very good communication skills and ability to work in the team;
  • ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis;
  • enthusiastic attitude;
