Service Delivery Manager (F&A)
For our Client, Shared Service Center in Warsaw, we are looking for Candidates for a position of: Service Delivery Manager (F&A)
- monitoring and managing the performance of SSC and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met,
- act as a single point of contact within the SSC for european legal entities under service including managing escalations,
- design and implement a system of SLAs and KPIs and reporting proces,
- ensure SLAs are managed in line with business requirements,
- tracks service delivery issues and works with stakeholders to resolve them,
- manages continuous improvement process, develops recommendations,
- cooperate with SSC Director and local Finance Managers,
- organizes training on SLA & KPI to SSC employees.
- minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar position,
- willing to extensive travelling (Europe),
- project management skills,
- hands on work and process improvement attitude,
- fluency in English,
- ability to work under tight deadlines.
