About the Client

For our Client, a new established Shared Service Centre in Cracow, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating new structures and teams for a position of:

Senior Talent Acquisition specialist with German (Start-up)

Responsibilities

  • supporting the internal clients, Managers and teams in the area of processing the information, consulting and regarding policies,
  • monitoring a quality of delivering the HR services according to defined Service Level Agreements and guiding other team members in meeting these SLAs,
  • ensuring a continuous development of HR processes,
  • recommending improvements of existing processes based on experience with customers,
  • observing the situation of internal structures of the teams and managing the job posting life cycle,
  • screening the Candidates’ applications according to the requirements of a business,
  • maintaining systems for data entry and other recruitment activities using the appropriate HR tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in the area of Human Resources,
  • at least 1 year of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition,
  • fluency in English and at least upper-intermediate in German,
  • well-developed international skills with an ability of creating a friendly atmosphere,
  • strong analytical and problem solving attitude,
  • analytical and strategic way of thinking.
