Senior HR Administrator

The employer:

For our Client, a global leader in production industry, we are looking for a Candidate on the position of Senior HR Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • ensuring quality HR process is delivered in timely manner,
  • provide a range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission) to effectively provide leverage to consultants
  • enters into computer system documents as required by HR Department,
  • preparing and updating documentation/presentation regarding internal standards,
  • support internal customers in HR related activities.

Requirements:

  • very good English skills (B2),
  • at least two years of experience in human resources area (preferably corporate environment),
  • advanced knowledge of labour legislation and HR practices (also payroll procedure),
  • a confident communicator, who can liaise effectively at all levels,
  • fluency in Microsoft office package.
