For our Client, a production company(premium products), we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating new structures and teams for a position of:

 

SALES MANAGER EU

Responsibilities:

●       Direct supervision and KPIs monitoring of sales people located in various cities of Germany, Benelux, Denmark, Switzerland and England,

●       recruitment of a sales force,

●       both remote and in-person status checks with sales representatives,

●       sales forecasting and budget monitoring,

●       serving as an operational middle man between  sales and support operations,

●       efficient lead management(B2C and B2B) between marketing and sales teams.

Requirements:

●       Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field, preferably from a premium market,

●       ability to organise oneself work and delegate efficiently,

●       minimum 3 years of experience in managing a sales team of at least 10 employees,

●       resiliency and goal-drive,

●       proven track record of hitting sales goals,

●       fluent knowledge (minimum C1) of business and casual english,

●       knowledge of fluent dutch and/or german would be an advantage,

●       ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,

●       cat. B driving license,

●       readiness to travel up to 80% in order to keep personal relationship with sales representatives.
