Procurement Team Leader (new established SSC)
For our Client, a new established Shared Service Centre in Cracow, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating new structures and teams for a position of: Procurement Team Leader (new established SSC).
- managing a team with focus on effective operational execution,
- overseeing organization and work allocation for team members,
- ensuring the team manages day by day operations and achieves agreed SLA’s and KPI’s,
- identifying and recommending implementation of best practises in order to improve efficiency and quality,
- cooperating with SCM Delivery Manager to control over HR transactions,
- providing all the necessary training for the team.
- previous experience in SCM operation is necessary,
- experience in team management,
- hand-on experience of SAP system,
- Fluency in English,
- advanced Excel knowledge is a plus,
- excellent communication and organizational skills.
