The Employer:

Supporting one of our corporate clients we are seeking for professionals experienced in project management in payroll environment who would like to develop further as Payroll Migration Coordinator.

Payroll Migration Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • ensure smooth and timely transition of payroll & HR admin process to a new provider,
  • coordinating proper execution of project steps in order to achieve satisfactory end state,
  • supervision over onboarding of processes,
  • providing trainings to ensure the highest quality and efficiency of transition,
  • continuous analysis of current HR administration and payroll processes and thus identifying possible improvement opportunities,
  • Identifying, managing and escalating risk and issues concerning migration,
  • coordination of personnel and payroll documentation takeover,
  • collaboration with vendors to make sure that mutual expectations and deliverables are met.

Requirements:

  • at least a year of experience in payroll,
  • expertise in payroll and time management processes,
  • experience in project management,
  • great English skills,
  • experience in leading migration projects,
  • being goal oriented and having problem solving attitude.
