For our Client, a global company with well-established Shared Service Center we are looking for candidates for the position of:
- coordinating delivery of end to end payroll processes,
- managing relationship with payroll vendor,
- recommending and executing routine payroll controls,
- taking vital role in process of defining standard wage-types, and mapping them to GL account structure,
- analysing issues concerning payroll delivery,
- performing PA/PY tasks when needed,
- providing payroll reporting,
- taking initiative and coordinating.
- mnimum 3 years of experience in HR/payroll operations,
- understanding of end-to-end payroll processes delivery,
- English at level B2+ or higher,
- degree in Human Resources or any other work-related studies,
- experience in cooperating with external or internal vendors,
- knowledge of SAP is a must,
- experience in driving improvement initiatives as an asset.
