The Employer:

For our Client, a global company with well-established Shared Service Center we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • coordinating delivery of end to end payroll processes,
  • managing relationship with payroll vendor,
  • recommending and executing routine payroll controls,
  • taking vital role in process of defining standard wage-types, and mapping them to GL account structure,
  • analysing issues concerning payroll delivery,
  • performing PA/PY tasks when needed,
  • providing payroll reporting,
  • taking initiative and coordinating.

Requirements:

  • mnimum 3 years of experience in HR/payroll operations,
  • understanding of end-to-end payroll processes delivery,
  • English at level B2+ or higher,
  • degree in Human Resources or any other work-related studies,
  • experience in cooperating with external or internal vendors,
  • knowledge of SAP is a must,
  • experience in driving improvement initiatives as an asset.
