For our Client, an international company from biopharmaceutical sector, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Payroll Analyst/ Senior Payroll Analyst with Spanish


As a Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for Payroll Operations in one or two countries within your Area. You will manage Client’s operational relationship with the Global Payroll Vendor (GPV) and support the GPV with regard to payroll implementation. You will work closely with the Global Payroll Team and in-country HR / finance managers.


  • managing and operating the End-to-End (E2E) payroll process for countries under their responsibility,
  • address Tier 3 payroll inquiries in a timely manner,
  • serve as the Client subject matter expert on local payroll requirements and related tax matters,
  • proactively identify operational issues and ensure they are reported in approved issue & improvement management tracking mechanisms,
  • lead/participate in implementation and deliver target results for projects impacting the analyst’s countries,
  • payroll Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) across all countries assigned to the Analyst,
  • plan, manage and control periodic/quarterly/semi-annual/annual payroll requirement,
  • manage and control the BPO/local provider operations to ensure efficient and effective payroll processes,
  • ensure cross-training with other area payroll analysts to ensure efficiency,
  • participate in and drive strategic initiatives identified by Global Payroll HQ.


  • at least 2 years of experience in multi-country payroll operations,
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) in US, or local equivalent,
  • Fluent Spanish and English speaker,
  • BPO vendor management preferred,
  • international business experience,
  • highest level of integrity and diplomacy,
  • working knowledge of Workday, SAP Payroll and Kronos Time & Attendance systems is preferred,
  • strong MS Office Suite experience,
  • travel:  10-15% of time.
