Improvement Specialist in Finance
For our Client, a modern shared services center, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to develop within Finance Process Improvement.
- use Business Intelligence Tools and related technologies to develop finance process;
- identify process improvements within AP/AR/GL area;
- participate and drive optimization projects to increase customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency;
- develop and automate large data sets for the purpose of ad-hoc reporting and data analysis;
- conduct internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation;
- solve problems and conduct analyses;
- work with a team in multiple locations.
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance function;
- previous experience within process improvement area;
- very good knowledge of English;
- good knowledge of VBA Excel;
- project management previous experience as a strong asset;
- willingness to develop in management career path in future;
- excellent communications skills;
