Improvement Specialist in Finance

About:

For our Client, a modern shared services center, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to develop within Finance Process Improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • use Business Intelligence Tools and related technologies to develop finance process;
  • identify process improvements within AP/AR/GL area;
  • participate and drive optimization projects to increase customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency;
  • develop and automate large data sets for the purpose of ad-hoc reporting and data analysis;
  • conduct internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation;
  • solve problems and  conduct analyses;
  • work with a team in multiple locations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance function;
  • previous experience within process improvement area;
  • very good knowledge of English;
  • good knowledge of VBA Excel;
  • project management previous experience as a strong asset;
  • willingness to develop in management career path in future;
  • excellent communications skills;
  • process orientation.
