For our client, Manufacturing Company located near Rzeszów we are looking for experienced professionals for this challenging role: HR Manager.
• responsible for managing HR operational processes in manufcturing plant including payroll (outsourced), learning & development, salary policy, recruiting and HR administration, • assist local management in achieving high business and efficiency performance, • implements changes in organization according to group policy, • manages a small team, cooperates with external payroll supplier, • maintains a culture marked by continuous improvement and operational excellence, • researches and investigate all workplace issues to discover facts, identify potential liability to the Company and facilitate resolution, • ensures compliance with employment laws, government agencies, and company policies, • communicate and interpret all company policies and procedures, • review and make recommendations as appropriate to management team to improve HR policies.
• at least 4 years of professional experience on a position of HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in manufacturing environment, • team management experience is an asset, • excellent English, • excellent communication skills.
