HR Business Partner/ Future HR Manager

For our Client, Shared Service Centre located in Poznań, we are looking for experienced Candidates for the position of:

 

HR Business Partner/ Future HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • supporting/consulting managers in HR process incl. (learning and development, mobility, performance management, compensation review, new hire orientation),
  • manage HR services and programs,
  • lead complex HR projects cross-functionally,
  • lead employees performance management/evaluation process,
  • review, communicate and implement global HR policies,
  • analyses HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and take improvement actions with the business,
  • interpret, adapt and execute HR strategy to support local needs (policies/regulation/legislation).

Requirements:

  • diploma in Human Science or related field,
  • a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a matrix structured environment,
  • fluent in Polish and English is a must,
  • excellent knowledge of Polish labor law,
  • exposure to HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Lawson),
  • working effectively based on matrix structure and principles,
  • experience in Shared Services Center highly appreciated,
  • practical knowledge of HR processes such as performance management, learning and development.
