HR Asisstant with Italian
For our Client, company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a suitable person for a position of Customer Service in HR department with Italian.
- direct contact with International Clients, dealing with telephone and written enquiries,
- regular updating of the service website and social media in German language,
- building trusting and robust relationships with Customers of the Service,
- supporting of a business by maintaining high standards of Customer support.
- fluency in English and Italian (B2/C1),
- university degree,
- customer oriented and focused,
- flexibility and ability to manage pressure and time work,
- very good interpersonal and communication skills,
- energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work.
