The employer:

For our Client, company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a suitable person for a position of Customer Service in HR department with Italian.

Responsibilities:

  • direct contact with International Clients, dealing with telephone and written enquiries,
  • regular updating of the service website and social media in German language,
  • building trusting and robust relationships with Customers of the Service,
  • supporting of a business by maintaining high standards of Customer support.

Requirements:

  • fluency in English and Italian (B2/C1),
  • university degree,
  • customer oriented and focused,
  • flexibility and ability to manage pressure and time work,
  • very good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work.
