The Employer:

For our Client, a global leader in production industry, we are looking for a Candidate on the position of:

HR Administrator with English

Responsibilities:

  • ensuring quality HR process is delivered in timely manner,
  • providing a range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission) to effectively provide leverage to consultants,
  • entering documents into computer system as required by HR Department,
  • preparing and updating documentation/presentation regarding internal standards,
  • supporting internal customers in HR related activities.

Requirements:

  • advanced level (B2-C1) of English is a must,
  • at least one year of experience in administration/HR area,
  • fluency in Microsoft office package,
  • great communication, oral, written, listening and interpersonal skills,
  • strong initiative, "to do" attitude.
