The Employer:

For our Client, an international consulting company, we are looking for pro-active and open-minded  Candidates for a position of:

HR Administrator with German/English

Responsibilities:

  • ensuring proper flow of document between the offices,
  • producing and proof reading properly formatted documents and presentations,
  • ensuring quality HR process is delivered in timely manner,
  • preparing of reports related to personnel matters for the company's management as well as ad- hoc reports,
  • contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • excellent written and oral skills in English and/or German (C1 level)
  • knowledge of Windows and Notes application,
  • good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
  • high level of interpersonal skills,
  • willingness to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
