GL Team Leader with French/German
For our Client, outsourcing company which gain new international client, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating organization for a position of GL Team Leader with French/German.
- leading, directing and managing RtR department,
- controlling operations within RTR area in EMEA region, including fixed assets, bank transactions, preparing reports, financial statements, statutory reporting, Profit&Loss statements, accounts reconciliation, tax returns etc.,
- assuring accurately postings in General Ledger provided by the team and conducting financial reports and analysis,
- coordinating certain finance and accounting projects (process improvements & harmonization, acquisition, system changes etc.),
- cooperating with auditors and GSS departments,
- monitoring KPIs/SPAs for RTR processes,
- training, coaching, evaluating and motivating.
- at least 2 years of work experience in people management,
- very good knowledge of GL process (preferably in SSC),
- fluency in English and German/French (at least C1 level),
- degree in Accounting is a strong asset,
