For our Client, global FMCG company we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating new structures and teams for a position of:

 

European Planning & Cash Flow Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Cash Flow, Budgeting, Forecasting and Controlling Activities in Europe,
  • implement planning approaches that will facilitate the achievement of strategic and operational goals,
  • partnering with functions VPs and their direct reports in controlling spending levels and following up on issues with countries,
  • management of a group of functions and consolidation activities and acting as a team leader of these functions’ business partners,
  • cooperating with function teams to develop and present business cases, dashboards and KPIs to create leverage and competitive advantage for the functions,
  • participating in a variety of ad hoc projects and analyses,
  • managing the team of controllers,
  • liaising with various stakeholders e.g. Controllers, Heads of various departments, Management.

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
  • at least 2 years of people management experience
  • university degree - Finance and Accounting, Economy, Business Administration preferable
  • professional qualification degree (CIMA / ACCA / CFA) preferred but not necessary
  • strong PC skills, e.g. SAP, HFM / EPM, PowerPoint, Excel
  • excellent oral and written communication skills in English – essential.
