EMEA AP Team Lead
For our Client, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for the experienced Candidates for the position of EMEA AP Team Lead.
- manage the team (20 people) responsible for invoice processing,
- month end closing, account reconciliation, contacting and resolving vendors’ queries for European countries to deliver the best possible results and report to Operations Manager,
- playing a key role in continues improvement and standardization process,
- create an environment oriented to trust, open communication and cohesive team effort
- leading, motivation and solving daily problems by mentoring.
- previous experience within Accounting (AP department), min. 5 years,
- previous experience in team management,
- very good knowledge of SAP and Excel as a strong asset,
- fluency in English,
- analytical way of thinking,
- very good interpersonal skills.
