Customer Service Representative with German

The employer:

For our Client, a new established Shared Service Centre in Cracow, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating new structures and teams for a position of Customer Service Representative with German

Responsibilities:

  • daily contact with clients via phone/email in German language,
  • answering client questions according to orders statuses, delivery time,
  • solving of clients problems and complains,
  • close cooperation with finance and procurement departments,
  • administrations  and classification of queries in SAP system.

Requirements:

  • previous experience in customer service
  • very good command of German (min B2),
  • very good command of English (min B2),
  • university degree,
  • command of SAP system as an asset.
