Customer Service Representative with German
For our Client, a new established Shared Service Centre in Cracow, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating new structures and teams for a position of Customer Service Representative with German
- daily contact with clients via phone/email in German language,
- answering client questions according to orders statuses, delivery time,
- solving of clients problems and complains,
- close cooperation with finance and procurement departments,
- administrations and classification of queries in SAP system.
- previous experience in customer service
- very good command of German (min B2),
- very good command of English (min B2),
- university degree,
- command of SAP system as an asset.
