Customer Service Consultant in HR department- French team

The employer:

For our Client, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a suitable person for a position of Customer Service Consultant in HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • ensuring quality HR process is delivered in timely manner,
  • Provide a range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission) to effectively provide leverage to consultants,
  • enters into computer system documents as required by HR Department,
  • preparing and updating documentation/presentation regarding internal standards,
  • support internal customers in HR related activities.

Requirements:

  • advanced level of French is a must (C1 level),
  • good knowledge of English,
  • any experience in corporate environment will be an asset,
  • fluency in Microsoft office package,
  • great communication, oral, written, listening and interpersonal skills,
  • strong initiative, "to do" atitude.
