Continuous Improvement Specialist

About:

For our Client, international, well-known company in finance industry based in Wrocław, we are looking for experienced Candidates who would be interested in a position of Continuous Improvement Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • managing CI & Quality project (budget optimization),
  • making a categorization of opportunities into CI & Quality project types,
  • performing trainings on CI & Quality standard methods,
  • implementation of management improvements for CI & Quality culture in Shared Service Center locations (incl. Support for idea generation),
  • driving changes of CI & Quality projects covered by local and global optimization budget,
  • taking part in issue log management including resolution process and root cause analysis,
  • taking part in implementation of common CI methodologies across organization,
  • supporting exchange on CI & Quality projects within Quality community,
  • coming up with enhancement of internal CI projects methodology,
  • supporting composing and reviewing of reports on CI & Quality project and quality accuracy for global Business Services Board,
  • managing of the Quality Assurance activities including Issue Management,
  • building-up and maintaining Quality Network within organization,
  • continuously improving the Quality and KPI reporting structure,
  • taking part in implementation and providing advice for execution of Quality checks,
  • supporting automation of Internal Controls used to improve quality.

Requirements:

  • background in project management and/or business analysis and/or process improvement,
  • process improvement accreditation for example Lean, 6 Sigma would be an advantage,
  • experience in leadership,
  • knowledge of finance processes, incl. relevant IT environment (SAP) is a must,
  • ability to lead, and support teams in a challenging technical and change environment,
  • ability to work with deadlines,
  • ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and teams (change management skills),
  • excellent command of English language (written and spoken),
  • other European language(-s) of advantage,
  • experience in using Excel, Word and Power Point,
  • knowledge of smart automation solution (e.g. VBA), first experience with Robotics is advantageous.
