For our Client, a company from retail industry, we are looking for experienced Candidates for a position of:

Brand Communications Manager

Opis stanowiska

  • lead brand communications strategy, seasonal plan and execution across communication channels  (ATL/digital) in Poland as well as in subsidiaries abroad,
  • brief agencies accordingly to brand positioning, current needs and desired future outcome (creative agency, media agency, digital agency),
  • cooperate with agencies to drive compelling creative output and most effective and efficient media-mix,
  • implement the communications plan in subsidiaries adequately to specific local brand needs and position,
  • support subsidiaries in creation of local plans and activation, co-biref and co-evaluate local agencies,
  • support analyses of performance of key campaigns,
  • ensure all brand marketing tactics live up to brand standards and are on-budget/on-time, meet KPIs,
  • initiate, create and implement other brand activations driving brand image and performance (e.g. cooperation with designers on fashion capsules),
  • smoothly and efficiently cooperate with other marketing units esp. PR&Social, Digital and Operational Marketing.

Wymagania

  • experience in brand marketing for a renowned brand, including TV advertising and extensive photo/video shootings (fashion and retail industry preferred),
  • project management experience and people management,
  • cross-country cooperation or management,
  • experience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives,
  • 4+  years of Marketing and/or Brand communication experience,
  • fluent in English,
  • readiness to travel
