AP Team Leader with French/German
For our Client, outsourcing company which gain new international client, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating organization for a position of AP Team Leader with French/German.
- manage the daily performance of a group of Accounting professionals, ensuring adherence to SLA expectations (e.g. productivity & quality),
- managing KPIs and perform necessary actions when the actual level is below the target,
- develop Employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth,
- be the first point of contact for Business Partner escalations - resolving issues, complaints and disputes effectively and efficiently,
- coordinate cross location support with other support providers globally,
- contributing to and supporting global process standardization and continuous improvement.
- at least 2 years of work experience in people management,
- very good knowledge of AP process (preferably in SSC),
- fluency in English and German/French (at least C1 level),
- degree in Accounting is a strong asset,
- people management – coaching and mentoring skills,
- strong communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management and customer service orientation,
- demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
