Administration Specialist with French

Responsibilities:

  • provide a range of administrative support,
  • maintaining a high quality of reports,
  • daily contact with French customers and suppliers,
  • responding to queries and solving client’s problems
  • active cooperation with other departments and co-workers,
  • taking part in international projects.

Requirements:

  • fluency in French (B2/C1) and English (B1),
  • good organizational and communication skills,
  • high motivation to work,
  • ability to work in a team and fast-changing environment,
  • customer orientation,
  • willingness to learn, gain experience and develop within the structure of the company.
