Accounts Receivable Team Leader
For our Client, international BPO center in Łódź, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating new structures and teams for a position of Accounts Receivable Team Leader
- leading AR team on daily basis: motivating, allocating tasks, KPI’s calculations, participation in employee development planning and promoting,
- AR process supervision, providing support for whole team and trainings for new members,
- participation in transition of AR processes,
- maintaining strong partnership with clients, providing high quality service.
- previous experience as a leader/supervisor in AR /Collections/O2C team,
- wide knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes,
- high business culture and customer care,
- good knowledge of SAP system,
- leadership skills,
- very good command of English (min B2).
