For our Client, a new established Shared Service Centre in Cracow, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating new structures and teams for a position of:

Accounts Payable Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • leading an AP team (up to 10 people), delegating and monitoring tasks,
  • calculating KPIs,
  • formulating strategies to meet the Client’s specific needs and expectations,
  • supporting subordinate processes, establishing high standards,
  • regular contact with US partners, developing strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • university degree in Finance and Accounting or related,
  • 3 years of accounting experience,
  • 1 year of people management experience,
  • highly developed interpersonal skills,
  • fluency in English (both written and spoken),
  • analytic thinking,
  • good knowledge of MS Excel and SOX.
