For our Client, company located in Cracow, we are currently looking for a suitable person for a position of:

 

Accounting Assistant with Czech or Slovak

Responsibilities:

  • maintain good communication on a daily basis with external and internal business partners and employees,
  • support employees with travelers tools and T&E applications,
  • ensure timely reimbursement to employees in accordance with company policies and service level agreements,
  • investigate and support all issue resolution requests received from the invoice processing teams,
  • administer documentation: control, verification, processing.

Requirements:

  • advanced level (min. B2) of Slovak or Czech is a must,
  • advanced level (B2) of English,
  • availability to start work from 1st September,
  • good knowledge of Microsoft office package,
  • strong initiative, "to do" attitude.
